Shipping & Delivery What are the shipping options and costs? We offer convenient choices for US customers:
- Express Shipping – 3-6 business days: $20
- Free Standard Shipping – 7-14 business days: FREE (automatic on all orders)
- Standard Shipping – 7-14 business days: $10 (if you prefer this tracked option)
Free shipping applies at checkout—no minimum order required. Times are estimates and can vary based on your location, carrier volume, or holidays.
How long does shipping take? Orders usually process and ship within 1-2 business days. After that:
- Express: 3-6 business days
- Standard/Free: 7-14 business days
We ship to all 50 states from our US warehouse.
Do you ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or Alaska/Hawaii? Yes! We ship to PO Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO) via standard carriers. Alaska and Hawaii may take a bit longer due to location.
What if my order is delayed, damaged, or lost? Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery with your order number. We’ll track it with the carrier or resolve it quickly (replacement, refund, etc.).
Products & Care What materials do your bowls, plates, and cutlery use? We use premium, food-safe materials like stainless steel (18/10 or 18/8), high-fired ceramic, porcelain, melamine (for durable outdoor options), and more. Check each product page for exact details and care instructions.
Are your items dishwasher and microwave safe? Most ceramic plates, bowls, and stainless steel cutlery are dishwasher safe and microwave friendly (unless noted otherwise). Avoid microwaving metal utensils. Hand-wash wooden-handled or delicate items for longest life.
Returns & Refunds What’s your return policy? 30-day returns for unused, unopened items in original condition and packaging. Contact us to start. Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or wrong.
How do I return or exchange an item? Email support@hungrycage.com with your order number and photos/reason. We’ll guide you and provide a return label if eligible.
Orders & Payment What payment methods are accepted? We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more through secure Shopify checkout.
Is my payment information safe? Absolutely—Shopify uses industry-standard SSL encryption. We don’t store your full card details.
